I entered into the OSR month of short adventures with the full intetion of success. However, it would seem that two jobs and the responsabilitites of life have interupted that. I thought that I could catch up, I was not being realistic. This does not mean that I will quit completely, I will still post some more adventures, just not enough to make 25 of them.
A man has to know his limitations.
Sorry to see this. I'm in your same boat; I just posted #10 yesterday...I keep telling myself that I'll catch up, and then I find something else to do. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteWell, I'll look forward to what you DO post. Until then, keep your dice dry!
It's very true we need to watch for the limits, but it's a major thing you even dared to have a go, and nothing at all to be upset about. If you do want to go to 25, you could aim for one a week, then you'd have five months or so of regular posts.
ReplyDeleteJeffrey and Boric,
ReplyDeleteI'm just glad that people wanted to do this! I totally understand, especially since I've been in the midst of my own "build a deck" experience plus working full time, and I've even got business travel this week.
And I've put an "I Survived the osr Challenge" image on my blog for you to put up at the end of the Challenge.
Jeffrey:
ReplyDeleteMy post this morning is something of an homage. (At least it's intended that way.) When I rolled up my random rooms and saw this particular one on the list, I couldn't wait to get to this room. Well, here it is. I give you "There's a Bugbear in My Kitchenette!"
I am honoured, Sir!
